Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please call 01922 638555 to discuss this with our Customer Services operative.

Please note the following:

  1. Any unwanted items that you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  2. The returned item must be unused and neatly packaged on return to us.
  3. For unwanted items, all outward shipping and return shipping charges are the Customer's liability along with an administration fee of 20% (minimum charge £10.00). Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned items. Please allow 21 days for return and refund.
  4. Any defect, fault or shortage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item and action will be taken to replace or refund the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or, where defective items are concerned, 7 days from acknowledgement of defect.

For your protection Cartons Direct recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at cost.
